 Public Consultation - Local Plan New & Alternative Sites

Residents, businesses and special interest groups are invited to have a say on Basildon's Local Plan six week consultation on new and alternative sites which will end at midnight on 15th December 2016. To find out more about the consultation please click here.










The Chantry Way Centre is a local Community facility under the management of Billericay Town Council. It is available to hire for a wide range of activities from charity events to community meetings, from regular commercial bookings to private birthday parties for young children. Conveniently located just off the High Street, access is either from Chantry Way or from the High Street (between Raven’s Bakery and the Chequers pub).

The Centre has a capacity for 125 people. It is equipped with a kitchen / food preparation area and has a small car park.

Community Groups   Monday to Friday£18.55 per hour
 Weekends £20.40 per hour
