Billericay Conservation Area Review
Basildon District Council has a duty to 'draw up and publish proposals for the preservation and enhancement' of the area as required by the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. The survey was undertaken in February and March 2010 and the public consultation will take place between 13th September and 22nd October, 2010.
