There are four members of Staff. These are the full-time Town Clerk, who also holds the post of Responsible Financial Officer, a part-time Committee Clerk and a part time Bookings Clerk. We also have a part-time caretaker/handyperson.

Deborah joined Billericay Town Council in January 2014. Prior to that she had been combining two roles, Parish Clerk at High Ongar for 3 1/2 years and Deputy Clerk at Doddinghurst for 6 1/2 years.

Diane started work with the Town Council on 1st April 2013. As well as many administrative tasks she is the Planning Committee Clerk.

 

Mrs Beverley Drummond,
Bookings Clerk

Beverley started work with the Town Council on 20th  September 2022. Beverley is responsible for looking after bookings and hirers at the Chantry Centre.

 

Mr Jerry Owers,
Caretaker/Handyperson

Jerry started work with the Town Council on 3rd  April 2023. Jerry is responsible for looking after the building and hirers at the Chantry Centre.
