Following the final council meeting of this term of office on the 18 April, staff and members gave a fond farewell and thanks to our retiring councillors. Cllr Jim Devlin thanked Cllr Martin Roessler, Cllr Daphne Spencer, Cllr Jo Clark, Cllr Laura Clark, Cllr Ed Sainsbury and Cllr J Leung for their service. We are especially sad to be losing Cllr D Spencer & Cllr Jo Clark who between them have notched up an impressive 35 years of service to Billericay and its residents.
