BILLERICAY – A Town with a Surprising Story to Tell is a book about the fascinating history of Billericay. The author, David Bremner was Chairman of the Billericay Society and also leader of the guided walks of the High Street that used to take place throughout the summer.

Sadly, the Billericay Society had to close its doors in 2021, 86 years after the club was founded but they produced this book containing historical facts about Billericay. Copies of the book were made available to all the local schools in Billericay.
