Town Crier and Annual Report

The latest edition of the combined Town Crier and Annual Report is currently being delivered to all homes in the parish of Billericay. This edition includes an entry form for the 2019 Billericay In Bloom Competition. Other articles include updates on the Chantry Way Centre and the Annual Town Meeting which is being held on the 25 April, 7pm at the Council Offices in Crown Yard.
