Basildon Council Drop In Sessions

Basildon Council are holding drop-in sessions for local residents in the library in Billericay.

The sessions are held in Billericay Library on the last Thursday of the month.
The times for the sessions are 09:30 – 12:00 and cover:

Council tax enquiries (arrears, disregards & exemptions)
Council tax reduction/support applications
Housing benefit and universal credit applications and enquiries
DHP and EHP enquiries and applications
Housing and homelessness applications and enquiries
Finding out what you are entitled to
Signposting to other agencies for mental health, help with finding work and debt and money advice.
